An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a highly regarded, award-winning restaurant in the heart of Norfolk.
This is a chance to lead a respected fine dining operation, working alongside a passionate owner and talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding food, service, and guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving standards, inspiring the team, and ensuring every aspect of the customer journey exceeds expectations.
We are seeking a confident and hands-on hospitality professional with a genuine passion for fine dining, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. A solid understanding of wine and premium service standards will be highly advantageous.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within a fine dining or
- premium hospitality environment
- Exceptional people management and team development skills
- Strong operational knowledge with a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
- Good wine knowledge and an appreciation for quality food and beverage offerings
- Driven, professional, and capable of leading from the front
