Experienced Estimator required for busy Main Contractor based in Rochester, Kent working mainly throughout the South East.
Candidates must have Construction knowledge and experience of Dilapidation refurbishment works.
The Position is Full time and permanent and office based.
The company is a dilapidation/refurbishment/Fit out main contractor working on industrial units and commercial premises for Pension Funds and Investment Funds.
The successful candidate would be responsible for all tender submissions, attending site and pricing all specified work enquires from £10K to £2 Million. Completing the Excel based pricing spreadsheets on all works.
Computer knowledge and experience is a requirement and the ability to work with others in the Estimating Department.
Good communication skills for handover of successful tenders to the Contracts Team.
