We’re looking for a Trainee Manager to join our Liverpool team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is ambitious, people-focused and serious about progressing into leadership.
You’ll begin by learning how our sales and marketing campaigns operate, how teams are supported and what strong performance looks like. As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, help newer team members and work towards a management position.
Previous management experience is not required. What matters is your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Learning client products, services and campaign goals
- Supporting daily sales and marketing activity

- Helping maintain high standards across the team
- Supporting new team members as your experience grows
- Taking ownership of smaller tasks and responsibilities
