The Opportunity

Vita Student is looking for highly motivated and confident individuals with the desire to build a career in sales and to assist with the lettings of its luxury student apartments.
Full training will be provided on the brand, how to conduct yourself as a brand ambassador, face to face marketing and full sales training.
Key Responsibilities
-Deal with enquiries by phone, email and by instant messaging platforms such as WeChat and WhatsApp
- Ability to facilitate bookings remotely for students based in the UK and overseas
- Through strong relationships with our students, and from utilisation of social media such as TikTok, Instagram, WeChat and Red, create referral and rebooking opportunities
- Set up viewings with our residence-based teams around the UK
- Spreading Vita Student’s brand awareness
- To follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation
Reporting
This role will report to marketing and sales managers regarding targets and activities for that day. Key reporting items will be: Daily targets, Numbers achieved daily and weekly, Number of lead conversions, Number of lettings, Feedback from daily activities
Reporting will be by way of weekly update meetings, ad-hoc meetings and pro-forma daily and weekly report.
Working hours
When working from the residence, the shift will usually be 8:30am-5:30pm, however we will offer one day of WFH, where you might work slightly different shifts (8:00am – 5:00pm) to capture our Asia market, or start later and work into the evenings (11:00am – 8:00pm) when it’s most convenient for our domestic or American students to speak.
You may also be required to work some Saturdays/Sundays and bank holidays depending on the needs of the business, but you would receive a day back during the week instead.
Role requirements
Qualifications: Ideally university degree
Experience: Promotions / Sales, experience of dealing with customers remotely especially over the phone.
Communication: Must be confident and possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. A personable character is essential as well as the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and face to face. The ability to speak another language would be desirable given our internationally varied target market.
Workload Management and Approach: Must be organized and methodical in approach and also be flexible.
Professionalism and Commitment: Punctual, reliable and can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic. Must be motivated by making sales and increasing earnings as well as achieving targets.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
