The Role This is a
new business-focused position, designed as a true entry point into the world of sales. As a BDR, you will:
- Identify and engage with potential new clients
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Carry out outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Learn how to position products and services effectively
- Work closely with senior sales professionals who will take deals forward
- Build confidence in communication, objection handling, and commercial thinking
This is not a full 360 sales role – your focus is on building pipeline and opening doors.
