At The Fire Station Social Cucina in Alderley, we’re looking for a hands-on, passionate and experienced waiting staff who will work along side our management team to provide exceptional guest experiences and atmosphere at this new venue.
About the venue
Located on Alderley's High Street, The Fire Station Social Cucina will be opening early summer bringing a neighbourhood spot where Italian warmth meets community spirit. From Napoli-style fired pizzas, fresh pastas and risottos, vibrant salads and antipasti, to irresistible desserts and cocktails, the menu is built for sharing great food with the people that matter.
We cater for everything from midday coffees, afternoon catch-ups and family dinners to Friday night cocktails.
It’s an exciting time to join us as we expand our portfolio of character-rich venues, you’ll be central to the growth and energy of the Fire Station brand.

Your role
As part of our senior team you will help shape how we grow and deliver. You’ll be part of all aspects of the operation — customer experience, team development, commercial performance, floor and bar service, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction.
You will train, nurture and develop the team around you and help set the tone for culture, service standards and energy.
