Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for landscape maintenance and construction. Responsibilities
- Operate power tools such as Table saws, petrol saw, grinders, nail gun, heavy duty breakers, whacker plates.
- Use hand tools for digging, fencing, paving.
- Handle construction-related tasks such as bespoke fencing, standard fencing, laying pathways / patios.
- Conduct routine maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and grading land as required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during outdoor work activities.
Requirements
- 5 years min Proven experience in landscape construction.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of construction processes relevant to landscaping projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor labour including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of horticultural practices to promote plant health and landscape aesthetics.
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred for operating larger machinery or transporting equipment between sites.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and safety compliance.
