About Us: Smith's Bar & Grill is a vibrant and modern restaurant known for its upbeat atmosphere and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Hostess to join our team and become the first point of contact for our valued customers. It is 45 hours per week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and addressing inquiries.
- Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Opentable.
- Experienced in dealing with customers.
- Organised and efficient.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
