The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant / Nursing Assistant to support our nursing team throughout the entire surgical patient journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate individual who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a team that delivers an outstanding standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Support patients throughout their surgical journey
- Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
- Prepare clinical areas and assist with procedures where required
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Requirements
Essential / Preferred:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting (1 year preferred)
- Good level of English communication
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- A caring, professional, and team-oriented attitude
