We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Evening Cleaner to keep our facilities spotless and welcoming after hours. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean environment and enjoys working independently during the evening shift. As an Evening Cleaner, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our spaces are tidy, safe, and ready for the next day’s activities. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris to uphold hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to maintain operational readiness.
- Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for yourself and others.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant department promptly.
- Maintain a flexible approach to adapt to changing cleaning priorities or special requests.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
