We are currently recruiting Community Care Workers in:
Part-time positions available:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends required
As a Health Care Assistant, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice.
Your duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals with mobility and the safe use of equipment
- Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
- Administering or prompting medication
- Assisting with household tasks such as laundry, bed making, tidying, and light cleaning
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
- Assisting with shopping and everyday errands
- Supporting individuals with specialist care needs where required
- Promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care at all times
Sometimes the most important part of your visit is simply being there to listen, provide reassurance, and brighten someone's day.
