About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Supervisor to join our growing property maintenance team, carrying out works across social housing and HA properties in West London.
We need someone who is genuinely competent across several trades and can attend jobs independently, identify the problems, carry out surveys and visit sites where works are ongoing for inspections and from time to time deliver any materials that may be required.
The right person should be motivated and willing to grow the company and alongside grow with the company. They should have a hunger for growth and be able to assemble their own teams to carry out and take on more work. Every job delivered in time and budget will lead to extra earnings.
What we require:
-Strong multi-trade/property maintenance experience
-Reliable, punctual and professional when dealing with tenants and property managers
- Full UK driving licence essential
-Must speak English
-Right to Work
-Be willing to step forward and get work done.
-Confident in dealing with clients and management
-CSCS card or NVQ Level 2-3
-Be able to organise work on their own initiative and take charge.

Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
