We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Service Manager to help lead our Camden service and play a key role in shaping the future of recovery support across the borough.
Camden is one of London's most vibrant and diverse communities, with strong partnerships and a shared ambition to improve health and wellbeing for local people.
As Deputy Service Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to local need.
You'll help drive performance, develop people, strengthen partnerships and support service innovation—creating the conditions for both colleagues and service users to achieve their full potential.
This is an opportunity to influence beyond day-to-day operations and help shape how recovery services evolve within Camden.

Role: Deputy Service Manager
Location: Camden
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a confident and capable leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
You'll bring:
Experience leading teams within substance use, criminal justice, health, social care or related services
Strong operational management and performance improvement experience
The ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
Experience managing quality, governance and service improvement programmes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
The ability to inspire, motivate and develop others
Strong communication, influencing and decision-making skills
