Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic full-time bar person to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions efficiently
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service and promote a welcoming environment
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or serving within a hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong understanding of basic math for cash handling and measuring drinks accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment
- Restaurant or bar experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and customer focus
- Delivering Bar snacks to tables
- Take hotel bookings and check in residents

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
