Cotti Coffee is one of the world’s fastest-growing coffee brands, with more than 10,000 stores worldwide. We are now building our presence in the UK and are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth.
You will drive sales performance across our UK sites, identify and open new store and partnership opportunities, manage key accounts and delivery-platform relationships, and work closely with our international brand and supply chain teams to bring the Cotti experience to UK customers.
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales or commercial management (F&B, retail or hospitality preferred); a proven record of growing sales and opening new business; strong negotiation and analytical skills; fluent English; fluent Mandarin is essential, as the role liaises daily with Chinese-speaking supply chain partners, franchise investors and our international brand team.
Salary: £55,200 per year, plus performance bonus.
