We're a small, family-run bakery looking for a friendly, reliable Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing high-quality coffees and other hot drinks to a consistently high standard
- Serving customers in-store with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Taking and fulfilling customer orders in person, over the phone, and via delivery platforms including Uber Eats and Just Eat
- Handling payments and maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house area
- Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Helping create a positive experience for every customer
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable with good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Barista or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £13.00-£14.80 per hour
