Salary: £14.62 per hour + commission (OTE up to £16 per hour)
Work Hours: By shift, between 4 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. Two shifts available 4am to 1 pm and 1pm to 10 pm.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our growing retail team at Edinburgh Airport. You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for thousands of travellers daily by engaging customers, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to store sales targets.

Airside Pass Requirements:
To work airside at Edinburgh Airport, candidates must meet the following:
- 5 years of continuous referencing
- Accreditation Check and Criminal Record Check
- Hold a valid Passport or UK Driving Licence
- A clean criminal record is essential
- Proof of right to work in the UK is required in line with Home Office guidance
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and professional approach
· Assist and advise customers on product selection and sizing
· Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including promotions and offers
· Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions
· Support visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organised store
· Receive and process deliveries, monitor stock levels
· Support security procedures and help prevent theft and fraud
· Collaborate with the team to meet store targets and create a positive store environment
