Salary: Grade 3, SP 4-6 (FTE: £25,185 - £25,989 / Actual: £14,798 - £15,270 per annum)
Contract type: Permanent, Part-time - 26 hours, 5 working days per week / 38 working weeks per year
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and friendly Administrator to fulfil a key role in our school.
Duties will include but not limiting to:
- Offer outstanding administrative support to staff and students.
- To compile and maintain pupil records and provide other clerical and administrative support to the school.
- Working in collaboration with your line manager to raise achievement throughout the school.
- Data entry and updating of students to classes, checking and amendments.
- Processing of the school census on a termly basis and uploading this onto COLLECT following Department of Education policies and procedures.
- Setting up the academic year and pre-admission group on Arbor and Go4Schools
