Join an Outstanding Ofsted-Rated Children's Home
We are an independent residential children’s home in East Sussex looking after children with learning difficulties and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Our mission is to create a safe, loving, and structured home where children can experience the joys of childhood while learning the skills they need to thrive. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to provide the consistent care, guidance, and boundaries that our children need to feel secure and flourish.
Who This Role Is For
The most important qualification for this role isn't experience, it's character.
We're looking for emotionally resilient, patient and dependable adults who can build positive relationships with children while providing the consistency and structure they need to feel safe.
You'll be someone who can stay calm during challenging moments, celebrate the small victories and understand that progress often comes from trust, routine and perseverance. You'll be caring, approachable and able to set clear boundaries in a firm, fair, and supportive way.
Whether you're experienced in children's care or looking for a meaningful new role, if you're committed to making a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you.
