Responsibilities
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential security threats.
- Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or damage to property.
- Control access points by verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of security patrols, incident reports, and access logs to ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct visual inspections of the facility, including fences, entrances, and exits, to identify vulnerabilities or irregularities.
- Collaborate with emergency responders and internal teams during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.
Skills
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and protect company assets.
- Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently in emergency situations.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail in monitoring surroundings.
- Clear communication skills for reporting incidents accurately and interacting professionally with staff and visitors.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing urgent situations efficiently.
- Prior experience in security roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
