Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide compassionate, person-centred mental health support and deliver high-quality care to individuals across a range of settings. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills.
What you'll do:
- Assess, support, and monitor individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external services.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Promote recovery, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, clinical, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, nursing, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices is an advantage.

Pay: £3,000.00-£4,200.00 per month
