Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a friendly and respectful environment.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, including updates to care plans and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Support transportation needs by driving clients or residents to appointments or activities when required.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for all.

- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments like care homes or during home visits.
- Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and documentation efficiently.
- Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for home care or transportation duties.
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to adapt support according to individual requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude that respects privacy and promotes dignity.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to caregiving environments.
