Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Bar/Restaurant Manager to:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant ensuring smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
- Qualifications
- Experienced leaders with a strong background in hospitality management. The ideal candidate will possess:
