Overview
Coastal Cleaning is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to play a key role in supporting our commercial cleaning operations across Pembrokeshire.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Alongside leading and supporting our teams, you will also have your own regular weekly cleaning responsibilities, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients while maintaining the high standards we're known for.
You'll work across multiple commercial sites, providing holiday and sickness cover, carrying out quality inspections, supporting colleagues and ensuring our services continue to run smoothly.
As a Mobile Cleaning Team Leader, you'll lead by example—working alongside your team while providing guidance, solving day-to-day operational challenges and acting as a key point of contact for both colleagues and clients. This role requires someone who is organised, adaptable, confident in making decisions and committed to delivering a professional service at every site.
The role operates Monday to Saturday, with two days off during the week on a rota basis. A minimum of 20 hours per week is guaranteed, although additional hours will often be available. Working hours will vary and will include a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, so complete flexibility is essential.
As part of this role, you will also participate in our paid on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support on a rotational basis. This is paid in addition to your contracted hours.
