- Contact and advise clients on suitable protection products.
- Conduct fact-finds and assess customers’ protection needs.
- Recommend appropriate life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and related products.
- Manage client relationships throughout the advice and application process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Convert warm leads provided from existing mortgage clients into protection business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and positive client outcomes.
- Previous experience as a protection advisor dealing with life insurance, critical illness and mortgage insurance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to identify client needs.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and work efficiently to achieve results.
- Basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000.
- Realistic On-Target Earnings of £60,000.
