As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and passionate Travel Consultant to join our friendly team in Ballymoney.

About the Role
You'll work directly with our loyal and growing client base, helping them plan and book unforgettable travel experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating bespoke holiday itineraries
- Selling package holidays, cruises, city breaks and long-haul travel
- Managing customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to travel
- Providing expert travel advice and destination recommendations
- Building strong client relationships and generating repeat business
- Keeping up to date with travel products, destinations and industry developments
- Delivering exceptional customer service before, during and after travel
What We're Looking For Essential
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience working within a travel agency
✅ Strong knowledge of package holidays, flights and travel products
✅ Excellent customer service and sales skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Passion for travel and creating amazing customer experiences
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable
⭐ Experience using travel booking systems
⭐ Cruise, long-haul or luxury travel knowledge
⭐ Social media and marketing experience
⭐ Personal travel experience across multiple destinations
