No previous care experience? No problem.
If you’re compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to become a confident Care Assistant.
As part of our team, you’ll support people in their own homes to remain safe, independent, and comfortable — while building meaningful relationships along the way.
Flexible Shift Options
We offer a variety of afternoon and weekend shifts, with all runs finishing by 10pm.
Examples include:
- 12pm–10pm
- 2pm–10pm
- 4pm–10pm
- 5pm–10pm
- Afternoon and evening weekday shifts
- Alternate weekends or additional weekend hours available
- Shorter part-time runs from 4+ hours
We’ll always do our best to work around your availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every visit is different, but your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Helping clients with meal preparation and drinks
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting mobility and safe movement
- Helping clients maintain routines and independence
- Preparing clients comfortably for the evening
- Completing simple care notes after visits
This is a role where small moments genuinely make a big difference.
Pay & Benefits

- £15.20 per hour
- 40p per mile mileage allowance
- Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day
- Fully paid training and induction
- Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 & 4 in Health & Social Care

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Kind, reliable and caring individuals
- Good communication skills
- Availability for afternoons, evenings and alternate weekends
