The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer-facing operations, playing a crucial role in helping to create memorable travel experiences, both over the phone, by email and face to face on site at our festival holiday locations.
You will be expected to:
· Actively promote our programme of UK and overseas festivals and events
- Engage in external promotion by attending various UK music festivals to attract new customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Offer expert advice on our worldwide and European travel destinations, festival holidays, and cruises
- Provide a concierge service including trips, airport lounges, car parking, and extended stays
- Resolve any issues during the booking process with professionalism
- Maintain full responsibility for the administration of your own bookings, whilst assisting team members with theirs when necessary
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven customer service experience. Travel industry or events experience an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel / events environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Teams
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
Desirable:
- Previous travel or events and reservations experience
- Familiarity with online flight and hotel reservations
- Passion for travel and music
- Understanding of our core 50+ demographic market (advantageous)
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Current valid passport
- Ability and willingness to travel to UK and European destinations several times per year, sometimes at short notice
- Ability to commute to Clitheroe or relocate before starting

Our four-day working week policy
Harmony Voyages operates a four-day working week as a valued Company benefit, on the same salary as a standard five-day week. During eligible weeks you'll work 9:00am–5:00pm across four days (28 hours), with your non-working day allocated on a fair rota basis around business needs.
Around each of our Costa Festival events, the full five-day week is worked by all team.
The four-day week is a discretionary Company benefit rather than a contractual entitlement, and full details are shared with all team members as part of our Four-Day Working Week Policy.
The four-day week pattern is decided in January each year. In 2026, 30 weeks operate as 4-day weeks.
