Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising appointments, meetings, and schedules using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar programmes
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised and well-maintained
- Assisting with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
- Managing email communications efficiently to ensure timely responses
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for document preparation and data management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email etiquette
