Lash Technician / Beauty Therapist
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Lash Technician / Beauty Therapist to join our growing team at Chloe’s Hair & Beauty.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy luxury salon with an established and loyal client base. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments, enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
This role is initially part-time (20–30 hours per week), with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right candidate. We believe in investing in our team through ongoing training, development and career progression, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside our salon.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lash extension treatments, including Classic, Hybrid and Russian lashes.
- Perform BIAB nail treatments and luxury pedicures to a high standard.
- Carry out additional beauty treatments such as lash lifts, brow treatments, waxing and facials (where qualified).
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Provide professional consultations and aftercare advice.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Keep treatment areas clean, organised and professional.
- Recommend suitable retail products to support client results.
- Work as part of a supportive team to deliver an outstanding salon experience.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 2 years’ salon experience.
- Confidence working independently.
- Excellent lash extension skills.
- Experience with BIAB nails and pedicures.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred.
- A friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for learning and ongoing professional development
Working Hours
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week)

- Evening and weekend availability is essential
