Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance within our community. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental wellbeing
- Support with medication administration following prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Facilitate engagement in social activities and community outings, including driving when necessary
- Manage behaviour effectively, especially in clients with dementia or Alzheimer's care needs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
- Support clients with specialised care requirements

Qualifications
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, is advantageous
- Relevant skills in patient care, caregiving, and behaviour management are Desirable
- Ability to administer medication safely .
- Valid driving licence for transportation duties is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends as required

Pay: £13.40-£14.50 per hour
