Job Summary
We are a growing construction and property development company based in Sheffield City Centre seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth administrative workflows, managing correspondence, and assisting with various clerical duties. This varied position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a professional environment, working closely with all members of the team to assist with our ongoing construction and developments projects.
Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office and Xero
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data entry techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or accounts administration role is desirable.
- Previous experience within the construction, property development, or related industries would be advantageous *but not essential*

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
