Duties
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed GIS databases using ArcGIS and other mapping software.
- Create accurate, professional maps and spatial analyses to support land surveying and construction projects.
- Collaborate with land surveyors, engineers, and project managers to interpret geographic data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Assist in the integration of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings with GIS data for comprehensive project planning.
- Manage large datasets related to land use, topography, utilities, and infrastructure while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Support field teams during land surveying activities by providing precise geospatial information and technical guidance.
- Conduct quality control checks on GIS data and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS; familiarity with AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for drafting and mapping purposes.
- Demonstrated ability in data management, including organizing, analyzing, and visualizing geographic information.
- Construction experience or familiarity with infrastructure projects is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
