Who are we ?
At Kinly, we are founded upon personal experience looking after older relatives, and each member of our team is dedicated to our mission - helping older people to live independently for longer. By helping people navigate and unlock support at both a national and local level, and delivering high-tech solutions in ways that are simple, human, and accessible, we aim to reduce barriers to access and generate broad societal impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Admin Support Assistant to join our growing team.
The role is primarily focused on reviewing and submitting forms, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and consistent before submission. A large proportion of your day will involve reading and reviewing written information, so exceptional attention to detail is essential.
You'll begin with one week of in-office training at our West Kensington office. Following this, there is the opportunity to work fully remotely, depending on your performance. If quality or performance standards fall below expectations, we may ask you to return to the office for additional support and training.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the day reviewing written information and forms.
- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Methodical and able to follow processes accurately.
- Able to work independently and manage their own workload.
- Reliable, consistent, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Previous experience in administration, data entry, proofreading, quality assurance, or similar office-based roles is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
Working Hours
This is a self-employed position, offering flexibility around when you work.
- We ideally ask for a minimum of 18 hours per week.
- We're happy to discuss alternative arrangements, provided your hours are consistent and worked on a regular weekly basis.
- There may also be opportunities for weekend work once your performance has consistently met our required standards and has been approved.
