One of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a range of major Property sector projects across London and the South East.

THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a variety of Property sector projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary consultant teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, budget, and programme. This role offers excellent exposure to prestigious London developments and the opportunity to take full ownership of client relationships while contributing to business growth.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Senior Project Manager will:
· Hold a relevant degree and be Chartered or working towards Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent)
· Have experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment
· Demonstrate experience delivering projects within the Property sectors (Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use, or similar)
· Have experience managing project teams and leading schemes independently
· Possess strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
· Be proactive, organised, and capable of delivering projects to the highest professional standards
