Job Title: Fitter (Wardrobes, Cabinets, Kitchens)
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the fitting team or work solo to complete high-standard cabinetry fitting projects.
- Ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Interact professionally with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace while adhering to a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fitting wardrobes, cabinets, or kitchens.
- Expertise in carpentry, joinery, and cabinet fitting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in high-pressure or client-facing situations.
- Willing to consider both subcontractors and full-time employees.
- 8-hour on-site workdays.
