Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a flair for creating customised hairstyles that meet clients’ individual needs. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional haircuts and colour services
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colour and blow-drying
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain a clean, organised work station adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and product sales
- Upsell salon services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Assist with ensuring smooth daily operations
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised attention
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work
- Skills in store management, customer service, and front desk operations are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery

- For the current role, we are looking for Saturdays only, with the possibility of holiday cover in the week with advance notice.
