Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Breakfast and After school club here at Puddle Ducks, based at Hillcrest Primary school.
This is a permanent term-time position and is ideal for someone with experience, who is looking for a consistent and rewarding role working with children in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervising breakfast and after school meals.
- Organize and supervise play activities suitable for children of various ages, ensuring all children are engaged and included.
- Create and Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other team members.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or education role.
- Posses a FULL DBS or be willing to obtain one.
- Have paediatric first aid training or be willing to obtain.
- Have great understanding and knowledge of safeguarding and be willing to undertake training for continuing professional development.
- A genuine passion for working with children and creating an engaging and safe environment.
- Be reliable, committed and have a creative approach.

- Monday to Friday term time
- 7.30am - 9am
- 3.15pm - 5.45pm
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
