Strand Dental is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our friendly, experienced team in the heart of Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a well-maintained list of loyal private and Denplan patients while enjoying clinical freedom in a modern environment.
An established and busy patient list is ready to inherit from day one, currently providing 25.5 clinical hours per week with excellent potential to increase sessions and continue growing your private list.
We are looking for a motivated, driven, and forward-thinking clinician who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and building long-term patient relationships.

Strand Dental is located by the sea in Worthing, West Sussex and has been caring for patients in and around Worthing for many years. With an excellent reputation for high-quality private dentistry.
We provide high-quality private dental care for adults, alongside Denplan, and hold a small NHS contract for children's dentistry.
Our modern, fully computerised practice offers:

- Trios intra oral scanner available

We are also a specialist referral practice for:
- Implants
- Oral surgery
- Dentures
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of experienced, dentists, hygienists, qualified dental nurses, dedicated decontamination nurses, experienced receptionists, and a supportive practice manager, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Many of our team have been with the practice for years creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.
Other information:
· Days available: Potentially flexible hours but minimum of 30 hours required between Monday to Friday
· Percentage split: Sliding scale.
· Lab fee arrangement: 50%
· Start date: January 2027.
· Current Annual Gross: £250,000-£270,000 for our busy current associate working average of 3.5 days a week.

Applicant Requirements
- Experience in Clear aligners
- Good communication skills, consideration to providing treatment estimates and plans.
- GDC registration
- Active NHS Performer Number
- Minimum of one year's experience in GDS, PDS, or following DFT
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Please note that we are unable to provide support for the NHS Performer List Validation by Experience (PLVE)/equivalence training.
