Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients to meet quality standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Support the setup and cleanup of catering events, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper storage procedures
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices
- Driving License desired
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent serving skills combined with good phone etiquette and guest service orientation
- Basic cooking skills, including meal preparation and kitchen safety awareness
