We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth. The Sales Executive will manage the complete sales journey—from prospecting and lead generation through product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support. Working closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams, the successful candidate will contribute to achieving business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate sales agreements, and close sales effectively.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through installation and after-sales follow-up.
Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities using CRM systems.
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, installation, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Represent the organisation professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, shopping centre promotions, networking events, and customer meetings.
Provide outstanding after-sales support and encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in B2B, B2C, or field sales within a competitive environment is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
A valid driving licence is desirable for client visits and field-based sales roles.
