We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Team Members to join our close knit team. Duties
- Providing friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting team members in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Handling customer orders promptly and courteously to enhance their experience
- Supporting management in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Upholding health and safety standards across all areas of the venue
Requirements
- Previous experience in pubs, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings and weekends if required
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
