We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head of Coffee to lead our coffee division with passion and expertise. Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive coffee strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the coffee team to ensure high standards of quality, service, and innovation
- Oversee all aspects of coffee product development, from sourcing premium beans to creating unique blends and offerings
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting to maximize profitability
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, roasters, and partners to ensure sustainable sourcing and quality assurance
- Implement training programs to elevate barista skills and deepen product knowledge across the team
- Monitor operational performance metrics and continuously improve processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven management experience leading teams within the specialty coffee or food & beverage industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams toward shared goals
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control and customer service excellence
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, cost analysis, and sales performance tracking
- Deep knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting processes, brewing techniques, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and build lasting supplier relationships
- Passion for innovation in coffee products and a commitment to sustainability practices
Pay: £30,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
