Summary
As a Contact Center Representative at Tima Contact Center, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the health and fitness sector - the role is target driven with specific desirable outcomes for our clients and their members. This position is essential for facilitating communication and ensuring that our clients members receive outstanding service as they explore the benefits of regular exercise.
Responsibilities
- Delivering proactive outbound calls specific to a member requirement
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist members with inquiries related to health and fitness services.
- Accurately enter data into our systems to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Analyse member needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance satisfaction.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience.
Requirements
- Passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry, supporting members and potential members with their health and fitness journeys.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse customer needs effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling products/services is advantageous.
