What experience you will have:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a busy, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong commercial awareness across sales, labour, stock, service standards and guest experience
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a large team
- Experience managing rotas, performance, training and day-to-day restaurant operations
- A natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality, people and guest care
- Calm, clear communication and the ability to lead confidently from the floor
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
