```Duties```
- Provide hair styling and cutting services to clients, including hair coloring, highlighting, and Balayage
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Offer makeup application services to clients
- Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments
- Upsell salon products and services to clients 10% commissioning apply
- (Not essential) Provide barbering services for male clients
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role
- Excellent store management skills, including inventory management and scheduling
- Excellent hair coloring, highlighting, and Balayage.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
