Mayfair Health is a leading clinical Pilates and physiotherapy studio with locations in Mayfair and South Kensington.
We are currently seeking exceptional Pilates Instructors to join our expanding team on both a part-time and full-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a refined, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality Pilates within a premium clinical setting in the heart of London.
About the Role
You will deliver bespoke mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions, working with a discerning client base that includes rehabilitation, postural correction, and performance-focused training.You will collaborate closely with our physiotherapy and clinical teams to deliver an integrated, intelligent, and highly personalised approach to movement and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Work confidently with rehabilitation, postural, and performance clients
- Support clients in developing strength, control, mobility, and alignment
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and clinical practitioners
- Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism
- Ensure safe, precise, and effective use of Pilates equipment
- Uphold the premium experience expected within a luxury clinical setting
About You
- Fully qualified Pilates Instructor (mat and/or apparatus certified)
- Experience within a studio, clinical, or rehabilitation environment
- Strong anatomical knowledge and clinical awareness
- Confident and client-focused teaching style
- Able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to excellence, detail, and continuous professional development
