Campus Experience and Engagement is looking for a Campus Experience and Engagement Officer to join the team, bringing fresh, creative, and innovative ideas on how to improve the student campus experience through leveraging the services, products and opportunities across Accommodation, Sport, Catering, Graduation, and for external stakeholders, Conferences and Events.
The Campus Experience and Engagement Officer will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the day-to-day experience of students, staff and the wider civic community by ensuring that the customer voice is central to decision-making.
Working alongside the Campus Experience and Engagement Manager, the role is responsible for collecting, collating and analysing insight and feedback, and for making evidence-based recommendations that support continuous improvement, constructive challenge and innovation in line with the University’s growth and ambitions, using multichannel marketing.
Collectively the team supports the implementation of agreed recommendations, through project management.
Alongside this, the role includes marketing capability, acting as a liaison between these service areas and the central Marketing team to support consistent messaging, effective promotion and alignment with the University’s wider brand and strategic priorities.
As part of the interview, shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare a presentation. The topic will be sent in advance of the interview to allow time to prepare.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
This is a fixed term role, providing secondment cover, of up to 13 months depending on start date.
