Do you believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed?
At YMCA Derbyshire’s Key College, we work with young people aged 16–24 with SEND and EHCPs, helping them develop the confidence, skills and independence they need to move into employment, Supported Internships and brighter futures.
We’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Lead Tutor to join our growing team. This is far more than a teaching role it’s an opportunity to lead programmes, mentor colleagues, shape provision and make a lasting difference to young people’s lives.
Every day you’ll see the impact of your work as learners achieve milestones they never thought possible.
Experience supporting learners with EHCPs, employability or Supported Internships would be highly desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their education career.
Whether you’re already leading programmes or you’re an experienced tutor ready to develop into leadership, this role offers the chance to influence provision, develop colleagues and transform outcomes for young people.
If you’re passionate about inclusive education, employability and helping young people achieve their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
Driving licence and access to a car essential.
