Project Manager – Media & Events
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – Remote with travel as required)

Salary: BANDED - £37,087.16
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Typical hours: 08:30 – 17:30)
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our media production, digital content scheduling, and corporate event partnerships.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact connecting our clients, internal teams, and web developers. This is a hybrid position based out of London, offering the flexibility of working from home alongside opportunities for international travel to support live shoots and global events.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Production Management
- Client Onboarding: Lead kickoff meetings with clients to align on project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Outreach & Acquisition: Conduct professional outreach via email and phone to secure and schedule industry speakers and end-users for production.
- Workflow Optimization: Maintain and update internal CRMs and project management boards to track assets and ensure the sales pipeline remains up to date.
- Administrative Support: Oversee general project administration from setup to final asset completion, including coordinating transcription and preparing presenter briefs.
Event & Media Partnerships
- On-Site Coordination: Attend domestic and international industry events to manage logistics, coordinate resources (booths, passes, spaces), and assist with live content capture.
- On-Camera/Off-Screen Support: Assist with creating interview questions and conducting brief on-site interviews with attendees.
- Partnership Management: Oversee the end-to-end sourcing and execution of event media partnerships.
Content & Social Media Distribution
- Web Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the web development team to publish press releases, exclusive articles, video assets, and event profiles.
- Copywriting: Draft clear, engaging copy and descriptions for key digital and video assets.
- Campaign Scheduling: Schedule and publish digital media campaigns across web and social platforms (including TikTok).
Reporting & Sales Liaison
- Generate detailed Account-Based Marketing (ABM) reports and build targeted email marketing lists.
- Liaise closely with both the sales team and the client to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, event coordination, media production, or a similar account-coordination role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and conducting outreach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or Asana) and CRM software. Experience with basic web content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling is a plus.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who can work independently from a home office, manage their own daily schedule, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Travel Flexibility: Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally for short-term event and shoot assignments.
